Tsing Ma-Lantau and Monastery Part 1

Onto the next day another early start, but I was excited for this tour. As I was looking forward to seeing everything.

This is one of the highlights for me in Hong Kong as I ended up laughing loads thanks to my mum more on that later.

We were on our way and we had quite a few people with us on this tour, which just made it even more lively and our tour guide was full of energy and that is always amazing to see.

Our first stop was Tsing Ma Bridge, a fun fact of the bridge is that it is the longest road/rail suspension bridge in the world. You understand why once you are on the bridge, it is never ending and you feel like you will end up in another country altogether, but you are still in Hong Kong.

Before you crossover onto Lantau, you stop at the viewing platform, of this iconic structure and view the picturesque landscape, it just looks beautiful.

Trust me the long journey on the bridge is well worth it for the view you get before you get to Lantau.
